A: Your Sun Federal Visa Credit Card payment will be due on the 19th of each month.
Q: When will I receive my statement?
A: Statements are generated on the 22nd of each month, at the end of the billing cycle. You can enroll in and view your statement electronically by logging into Digital Banking. Select “View Transactions & Manage Card” then “View Statements.” Otherwise, your statement will be printed and mailed to you, arriving within 7-10 business days.
Q: How do I make a payment to my credit card from my Sun Federal account?
A: The easiest, most convenient way to pay your credit card from your Sun Federal account is by making a transfer within Digital Banking. You may also visit your local branch or call us at 800.786.0945.
Q: How do I set a PIN?
A: A PIN is needed if you plan to authorize a withdrawal via cash advance from your credit card at an ATM. To set a PIN for your credit card, call the number on the back of your card or log into Digital Banking. Select “View Transactions & Manage Card” then “Menu” then “Manage Card.”
