Director of Information Systems (Ohio)
The Director of Information Systems (IS) is responsible for the credit union’s core processing system, loan origination system, digital account opening and lending applications, Help Desk, Business Continuity Program, and supporting information systems. This includes third-party integrations with the core. Oversees the strategic design, development, and implementation of information systems in support of organizational goals. Ensures that systems are efficient, secure, and compliant with credit union policies. Responsible for the successful completion of Information Systems related projects, including mergers, and provides supervision of project management staff. Maintains relationships with key third-party services providers and holds them accountable to service level agreements. Responsible for building an Information Systems team that can anticipate and respond to the credit unions ever-changing business needs. Works to maintain high employee engagement and is a cultural champion. Promotes and maintains the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
Director of Ohio Branch Operations
The Director of Ohio Branch Operations is responsible for the leadership of the Ohio Branch network, which includes execution of the business plan, playbook initiatives and goals. Oversees the delivery of a full range of services to members and prospective members and ensures that members are promptly and professionally served following Sun Federal service standards and established policies and procedures. Develops a highly engaged work team, including training/development, coaching and supervision. Promotes and supports the organization’s, mission, values, and culture. Works to support high employee engagement and is a cultural champion.
Consumer Loan Officer (Ohio)
The Consumer Loan Officer provides a full range of products and services to members with an emphasis for acquiring, expanding and enriching member relationships. The individual in this position must have knowledge of financial services and products including consumer & mortgage lending, deposit accounts and all self-service products. They must be able to identify and analyze member needs so that they can adequately recommend products and services.
Member Service Specialist (Ohio)
The Member Service Specialist ensures every member/guest entering a Sun FCU lobby is greeted and welcomed. They serve as the primary account opener in the branch and fills in where needed in the member service and consumer lending area. Provides a full range of products and services to members with an emphasis for acquiring, expanding and enriching member relationships. The individual in this position must have knowledge of financial services and products including consumer lending, deposit accounts and all self-service products. Identifies and analyzes member needs to adequately recommend products and services.
iMember Service Representative
The Interactive Member Service Representative (iMSR) is responsible for delivering extraordinary service to members and guest members while processing accurately and efficiently a variety of transactions and inquiries remotely. Adheres to applicable policies and procedures and displays the ability to solve a wide range of problems, think, reason and learn. iMSRs proactively suggest appropriate products and services to enhance and deepening member relationships and consistently demonstrate the “People Caring about People” mission of Sun Federal Credit Union in each member interaction.
eMember Service Specialist (Ohio)
The eMember Service Specialist serves as the primary account opener for the eBranch and fills in where needed in the member service and consumer lending area of the eBranch. Provides a full range of products and services to members with an emphasis for acquiring, expanding, and enriching member relationships. Identifies and analyzes member needs to adequately recommend products and services.
BSA & Risk Specialist I (Ohio)
The BSA & Risk Specialist I is responsible for the daily servicing of the comprehensive corporate-wide Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Program that includes internal policies, procedures and controls to comply with the USA Patriot Act, BSA, Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), and FACT Act Red Flags compliance, deposit account and shared branching compliance. Consults with and provides daily assistance to management and staff.
