As promised we are dedicated to keeping you informed of developments in the COVID-19 outbreak and its impacts. Beginning March 19, 2020 Sun Federal will limit services at all branches until further notice. Members will not be able to process transactions at the teller counter during this time. This change acts as the next step in our continued effort to limit the spread of Coronavirus while still ensuring access to your credit union accounts. 

Select Loan Officers, Financial Advisors, and Member Service Specialists will practice social distancing and be stationed within confined offices at some of our branches. We can still open accounts, process applications, and provide guidance but we will not be available to meet with you face-to-face in the same room. Where Harmony/ITMs are available, our iMember Service Representatives can process transactions with you through interactive two-way video calls during business hours. 

Here are the services you can expect in each specific branch: 

Oregon, West Toledo, Detroit  

  • For day-to-day member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.), drive-thru access is available to use Harmony/ATM. 
  • Restricted lobby access for all other services. 

Center City  

  • For day-to-day member transactions (withdrawals, transfers, etc.), our walk-up ATM is available. 
  • Restricted lobby access for all other services.

South Philadelphia

  • No member transactions available. Please visit our other Philadelphia area branches.  
  • Restricted lobby access for all other services. 

Perrysburg  

  • Closed to all access. Please visit our other Toledo area branches.

Radnor, Ellis and West Lawn 

  • For day-to-day member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.), lobby access is available to use Harmony/ATM. 
  • Restricted lobby access for all other services. 

Executive Parkway, Reynolds, Arrowhead, Northeast 

  • For day-to-day member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.), lobby and drive-thru access is available to use Harmony/ATM. 
  • Restricted lobby access for all other services.

Our call center is more than happy to connect you to an expert. To continue providing excellent service, our lobby staff have been temporarily reassigned to our call center and online services departments.
