Interactive Member Service Representative
The Interactive Member Service Representative (iMSR) is responsible for delivering extraordinary service to members and guest members while processing accurately and efficiently a variety of transactions and inquiries remotely. Adheres to applicable policies and procedures and displays the ability to solve a wide range of problems, think, reason and learn. iMSRs proactively suggest appropriate products and services to enhance and deepening member relationships and consistently demonstrate the “People Caring about People” mission of Sun Federal Credit Union in each member interaction.
Education Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required
One to three years of experience in a retail service environment or teller/cashier experience is preferred.

Member Service Specialist
The Member Service Specialist ensures every member/guest entering a Sun FCU lobby is greeted and welcomed. They serve as the primary account opener in the branch and fills in where needed in the member service and consumer lending area. Provides a full range of products and services to members with an emphasis for acquiring, expanding, and enriching member relationships Identifies and analyzes member needs to adequately recommend products and services.
Education Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required
Three to five years of experience in a Financial Institution and/or customer service.

Risk Support Specialist
The Risk Support Specialist is responsible for the daily servicing, account monitoring and compliance duties required by the Risk Management department following documented policies, established procedures and internal controls. Provides daily assistance to members and internal staff and consults with management when required.
Education Qualifications
Associates Degree in business required.
Experience Required
One to three years of experience in the banking industry or in Risk Mitigation, Loss Mitigation or in a deposit account compliance role.

IT Support Specialist I
The IT Support Specialist provides responsive, technical support to employees and assists with the administration, security, maintenance, and support of Sun Federal Credit Union’s technology environment. The position serves as a primary point of contact for technology support requests and supports end-user computing, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, business applications, network-connected devices, and technology used throughout Credit Union locations. The IT Support Specialist troubleshoots hardware and software issues, provisions and maintains technology assets, documents procedures and solutions, supports cybersecurity controls, and escalates complex or recurring issues as appropriate. The position is expected to provide extraordinary service to internal members while continually developing the technical knowledge necessary to resolve increasingly complex issues. This position advances Sun Federal Credit Union’s mission of “People Caring About People” by delivering responsive internal support, maintaining secure and reliable technology, protecting confidential information, and improving processes that enable exceptional member service.
Education Qualifications
Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant industry certifications; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical IT support experience. CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications. A valid driver’s license is required.

One to three years of experience working in related position.
