Sun Card Central is here to transform how you engage with your Sun Federal credit and debit cards! It combines everything you need to manage your cards with comprehensive security tools, all conveniently located in one place: your Sun Federal Digital Banking profile!

Where Can I Find Sun Card Central? How Can I Access My Credit Card?

You can find Sun Card Central conveniently located in the main menus of our mobile and desktop Digital Banking experience! Once you’re there, you’ll be able to select which card you’d like to manage, change card controls, or access information for.

For credit cards, you’ll also be able to see your monthly statements, balance information, make payments, and access rewards. It’s as easy as that!

Sun Card Central is for Card Security and Debit Cards, Too!

You’ll have access to helpful card management and security tools, such as turning cards on or off, right within Digital Banking! Previously, these features were only available through a mobile companion app—but now, you can access them via desktop and mobile however you like, wherever you are! Here’s a preview of what’s waiting for you:

Frequently Asked Questions

Business Debit Cards will be managed with Sun Card Central. Business Credit cards will not. If you have a Business Credit Card, you’ll continue to access self-service functions in SpendTrack via the same “View Transactions and Manage Card” link as before.

Yes! We have added HSA (Health Savings Account) debit cards to Sun Card Central.

You will receive a “Server Not Reachable” error when you attempt to open the app. Feel free to delete the SunCard$afe companion app, as it will no longer be supported.

Only cards issued in your name will show in your Digital Banking profile. If you are missing a card that was issued to you, please contact us!

For debit cards, you won’t see credit card-specific features such as rewards, statements, or card replacement. You’ll have access to all other helpful features!

  • For credit cards, you’ll be asked whether the card was lost or stolen. Your card will be blocked, and a new card will be sent in the mail.
  • For debit cards, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur, and you will be directed to call and report your missing card.
